(La Porte County, IN) - A Kingsbury man is facing allegations of child molesting.

 

Matthew Lukac, 40, could face up 20 to 40 years on one of two child molesting counts filed in La Porte Circuit Court.

 

La Porte County Police said his arrest followed about a three week investigation brought on by a report of abuse and neglect from the Indiana Department of Child Services.

 

Lukac was taken into custody on a warrant yesterday at a house in South Bend, police said.   

 

He’s currently being held on $100,000 cash only bond.  So far, more specifics surrounding the allegations have not been released.
